Mariana Rodrigues Serra Silva is a Brazilian filmmaker, screenwriter with a passion for telling bold, funny and socially relevant stories. Based between Los Angeles and Brazil, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her multicultural background and deep understanding of underrepresented voices in cinema. Mariana earned her MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA in 2024 and her writing has been recognized in major screenwriting competitions. She’s also directed and produced shorts films which are now ready to enter the festival circuit.
